 The best thing about summer food is salsa. I consume abnormal quantities of it year round, but summer time means I can make my own and over indulge all I want. With three abundant tomato plants, and six jalapeno and cayenne pepper plants, I have more than enough to make spicy salsa.

I came home from work yesterday and got lost in a daze of making three batches. Of course, taste testing each time. We are throwing a couples shower this weekend, and the food will be Mexican! Can you guess what I will be serving? Duh.
I told Mr. Broome, there were two kinds. One you can't breathe through while eating and the other you can.
